LIVELITE ATHLETICA: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

1.1 Contacting Us: You can reach the LIVELITE team through our official contact page at liveliteathletica.com/pages/contact-us or via email at customerservice@liveliteathletica.com. 1.2 Contacting You: If we need to reach you regarding an order, we will send an email to the address provided during checkout.

2. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Order Fulfillment: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., out-of-stock items, unverified billing, or shipping errors). If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and provided a full refund. 2.2 Personal Use Only: Our products are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for commercial resale or exploit the brand.

3. RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES POLICY

3.1 No Exchanges: To ensure inventory accuracy and maintain hygiene standards, LIVELITE does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. 3.2 14-Day Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. 3.3 Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; LIVELITE is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 3.4 Return Integrity: Items must be returned separately by order. Combining different returns into one package will significantly delay the refund process.

4. PRODUCT CONDITION & SUSTAINABILITY

4.1 Tag-Less Initiative: As part of our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction, LIVELITE has transitioned to removing physical hang-tags from all new products. An item arriving without tags is not considered "used" or "defective." 4.2 Condition for Refund: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If your item did arrive with tags, they must remain attached. 4.3 Non-LIVELITE Items: Any items incorrectly sent to our return center that are not LIVELITE products are the responsibility of the sender.

5. SIZING & DESIGN

5.1 Vancouver Design: All products are locally designed in Vancouver, Canada. 5.2 Fit Warning: Our Flawless Luxury leggings and Elite Performance shorts are high-compression garments and may fit tightly. Please refer to our size charts for exact measurements before purchasing.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

6.1 Import Responsibilities: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and local fees. 6.2 Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of original shipping and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.

7. FITNESS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

7.1 Assumption of Risk: By purchasing LIVELITE gear, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. LIVELITE and its directors (Elaine Li) are not liable for any injuries or health complications occurring while wearing our products. 7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVELITE’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual price paid for the product.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership: All brand assets, logos, and "ethereal lifestyle" photography are the exclusive property of LIVELITE. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You agree that any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
